Meet Your Inspector
As a licensed home inspector since 2022, I bring a unique combination of inspection expertise, safety knowledge, and real-world experience to every inspection. I am a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) through InterNACHI and have completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education focused on residential inspections, building systems, and property evaluation. Before becoming a home inspector, I served 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police professional. After military service, I worked in safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including more than a decade as a safety compliance inspector and experience as an OSHA compliance inspector. These roles developed the attention to detail and hazard recognition skills that benefit my clients today. I also hold a Master Certification in Risk Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
My background has taught me to evaluate conditions objectively, communicate findings clearly, and help clients make informed decisions. Having purchased several homes myself, I understand that buying a home can be exciting and stressful. My goal is to provide a thorough, honest inspection and a clear report that helps clients move forward with confidence. I am a proud father of three children living in the San Antonio and Austin areas.
